![]() ![]() I found a version of F117A packaged with DOSBox and it ran right away. This is what dosbox is for, give it a shot. I just looked it up and found an abandonware download, now I've got to set up a virtual machine of MSDOS 3.0 so I can run it. Now what would really make me happy is if I could get my favorite old DOS game running, F-117A Stealth Fighter. Or if you want a direct link to the zip file. I found an audio replacement package through the steam forums to swap to the WEP music and SFX, which made it much better to me, but the different UI still throws me offÄo you happen to have the link handy for replacing the music and SFX? I do miss the music. The level designs are the same, but the interface itself is different, and more importantly for nostalgia's sake, all of the SFX and music is different! The version Steam has is the original version from the Atari Lynx, not the version from the Windows Entertainment Pack. I have the Steam version, and sadly it is not the same. Even the pixelated VGA artwork and the Scott Joplin ragtime MIDI soundtrack have been untouched. Somerville says the source code is essentially unchanged from what it was 16 years prior, save for some upgrades to run on Steam and a more modern OS.
